Allessay Refund and Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please reach out to Allessay’s support team via phone or live chat as soon as possible, and confirm the cancellation by leaving a message on your order page.

100% of your payment will be refunded if you cancel before a writer has been assigned.

70% can be refunded if a writer has already been assigned, or if less than half of the deadline has passed since your order was placed.

Up to 50% can be refunded if more than half of the time before your deadline has already passed.

Up to 30% may be considered after delivery if you haven’t downloaded the paper and cancellation was due to circumstances beyond your control.

Note: If your paper is completed and delivered on time, cancellation is no longer possible. You may only request a refund for quality-related concerns via the “Refund” button on your order page.

I paid for one order twice

If you notice a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately and forward both receipts to our email. We will issue a full refund for the extra payment as quickly as possible.

I accidentally placed two identical orders.
Cancel any duplicate orders before a writer is assigned. If not, both will be treated as regular orders, and standard cancellation/refund rules will apply. Contact our support team promptly to resolve this.

My paper was delivered late

If your paper is late, contact support and leave a note on your order page immediately.

If delivered after the original deadline, you can request a price adjustment based on the actual delivery time.

For late 14-day orders, you can receive a 7% refund upon request.

If the first version is late and you don’t approve it, you may claim a full refund. In this case, the paper will be published online for commercial use and linked back to Allessay.

The revision of my paper was late.

Refunds for delays do not apply to revisions. Please choose deadlines carefully and allow a time buffer to accommodate possible corrections.
I accept my paper but want a partial refund due to quality concerns.
If the final paper doesn’t fully meet your initial instructions, you may:

– Request a free revision.
– Ask for another writer to revise your work.
– Request a partial refund.
To request a partial refund:
– Use the “Refund” button on your order page within 14 days of approval.
– Provide detailed reasons, examples, and evidence within 14 days.
– Our dispute resolution department will review your case and may refund up to 40%.
If you fail to provide supporting information within 14 days, your request will be canceled.

What if I already approved the final version?

Contact support to reactivate the “Refund” button on your order page. Refunds may still apply under standard policies, but only for the most recent or final part of progressive delivery orders.

I am completely dissatisfied and want a full refund.

If the writer did not follow your instructions and you are entirely unsatisfied, you may:
– Request a free revision.
– Ask for another writer.
– Request a full refund (if you haven’t approved the paper).
Approved papers are only eligible for partial refunds. If a full refund is granted, the paper will be published online and linked to Allessay.
Progressive delivery orders.
– Revision requests must be submitted within 21 days of approval.
– Once a part is approved, refunds for that part are not available.
– The 10% fee for progressive delivery is non-refundable.
Writer’s preferences.
If you paid extra for a Top 10 writer, advanced writer, or native speaker, but we could not assign one, we will allocate the best available expert and refund the additional fee.

When will I receive my refund?

– Payment-related or cancellation refunds: 4–6 business days.
– Quality-based refunds: up to 14 business days.
Note: Some banks may require additional time to process funds.

– Provide complete, detailed instructions and all necessary files when placing your order.
– Stay in contact with your assigned writer.
– Reach out to our 24/7 support team for help with any issues.
If you requested a revision but no suitable expert is available, our dispute team will handle your case. Refunds may be claimed within 14 days of delivery or approval, depending on the situation.
