Our Services

By submitting an order and/or payment, you are purchasing the Product for your personal, non‑commercial use only. All Products are prepared by freelance writers who transfer all rights and ownership of the Products to the Company.

Refunds

If you reside within the European Union and paid VAT during the payment transaction, please note that VAT is non‑refundable. Refunds will cover only the amount or percentage of the price specified in the Prices section of the website, excluding VAT.

Copyright & Personal Use

No Plagiarism

Neither the Company nor its affiliates or partners shall be liable for any unethical, inappropriate, illegal, or otherwise wrongful use of Products or written materials obtained from our website. This includes, but is not limited to, plagiarism, lawsuits, poor academic performance, expulsion, probation, loss of scholarships, awards, grants, prizes, titles, or positions, failure, suspension, or any other disciplinary or legal consequences. The Customer is solely responsible for any disciplinary actions resulting from improper, unethical, or illegal use of the material.

The acceptable plagiarism threshold is below 10%. If the plagiarism level exceeds this threshold, you have the right to request a revision or refund. Order Placement

Once you complete the order form, the price will be calculated based on the deadline, type of work, and academic level. The deadline countdown will begin only after payment has been made.

FEES AND PAYMENT

The Company’s charges for services are displayed on the AllEssay.org website. Please note that VAT is not included in the listed prices. VAT is charged only to customers located within the European Union and will be added to the order cost during the payment transaction. VAT is non‑refundable.

If a Customer requests a type of work that cannot be classified as a standard service offered on the website, or if the Customer requires amendments to a completed Product that are inconsistent with the original Order instructions, the Company reserves the right to set its own rate for delivery of the Service.

Customers are encouraged to pay for their Orders in advance, provided the Company is reasonably confident that a freelance writer can be assigned to complete the Product. If advance payment is made but the Company is unable to allocate a writer, a full refund will be issued. Other refund scenarios are outlined in the Money Back Guarantee policy.

If the Company cannot provide the preferred writer, another writer of the same or higher category will be assigned. If an upgrade is not possible or not desired, the price will be recalculated accordingly. Fee reimbursement procedures are explained in the Money Back Guarantee policy.

Personal Funds

“Personal Funds” refers to money credited to the Customer’s personal account on the website. These funds may include referral bonuses earned through the Referral Program, as well as credits provided through order compensation (as outlined in the Money Back Guarantee policy) or special promotional offers.

The Referral Program allows participants to earn a 10% reward, calculated on the total order value (excluding taxes), for each successful order placed by referred customers.

Customers can view the total amount of credits and bonuses, along with transaction history, in their personal account balance on the website. Personal Funds may be used to cover the full or partial cost of new orders, continuation of existing orders, or additional payments. Personal Funds do not expire. Customers may apply Personal Funds during order placement with assistance from the Support Team.

Refunds for orders paid using Personal Funds follow the procedures outlined in the Money Back Guarantee policy.

Payment Verification

To prevent fraudulent activity, the Company may request verification of a Customer’s account. Customers may be asked to provide a scanned copy or photo of an identity document (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student card) and the credit card used for payment.

Only the last four digits of the credit card, the cardholder’s name, and the expiration date are required. All other information may be covered. On the identity document, only the name must be visible; all other details may be obscured.

Once received, the documents are reviewed by the Risk Department and permanently erased from the system immediately after verification.

Delivery of Completed Product

Upon completion, the Product will be available for preview in the Customer’s personal account panel on the website. If the work meets the Customer’s expectations, the Customer may press the “Approve” button to download the completed document.

Please note that the final Word document cannot be downloaded or used until the order has been approved.

Once the Customer presses the “Approve” button, they may request a free revision only within seven (7) days. For additional details, please consult our Revision Policy. After approval, the Customer is no longer eligible to request a refund.

If the Customer does not receive the completed Product by the agreed deadline, a partial refund will be issued. For further information, please refer to our Money Back Guarantee.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or technical issues in the delivery of the Product resulting from malfunctions of the Customer’s mail server or Internet Service Provider.

Please note that Customers have seven (7) days to approve their order. If no action is taken, the paper (or its part) will be automatically approved after the expiration of the approval period, which is calculated from the time the last version was uploaded to the Customer’s account and in accordance with the deadline.

Severability

The rights and obligations of the Customer shall be construed and enforced as if the Agreement did not contain the specific part, term, or provision deemed invalid.

Amendments

Courses
