Narendra Modi Biography

Early Life of Narendra Modi

Narendra Modi was one of the six children of Damordas Mulchand Modi and Hiraben Modi, in a Gujarati Hindu family as the third of six children.     Modi became an RSS regional organizer in the year 1978, managing RSS activities in the areas of Surat ad Vandodata, in 1979 he went to work for the RSS in Delhi. After his return to Gujarat, he was assigned to the BJP in 1985 by the RSS.
